Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day the package is delivered to your address. Returns that are shipped back after the 14-day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address. Any returns after the 14-day return policy is subject to a restocking fee of 20% and/or rejection.

For defects and wrongly shipped items please contact Ciottolina Designs within 14 days by email to, please include the date of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue. Ciottolina Designs with arrange for return shipping of the defective item in this case.

For Change of Mind (COM) returns the cost of the return shipment will be paid by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number using UPS, DHL or FedEx.

Customs charges will be covered by the customer, either by invoice or will be deducted from the original refund. To offer faster refund we recommend selecting the option of the sender (customer) paying for all customs duties.

All returns must be in the perfect original condition as the original shipment, along with any original attachments such as tags, box, or dustbag. We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent. For declined returns, the order will be shipped to the buyer and any additional shipping charges will be invoiced. 

Any agreed refunds will be made by bank transfer or by PayPal within 5 business days of received and approved returns.
